Beyond my Standards

According to Merriam Webster dictionary, standard is  something set up and established by  authority as a rule for the measure of quantity, weight, extent, value, or quality

Everyone has standards. Especially those people in the human resources department, They have to look deep enough to the applicant that is applying to them.  filtering the best from the rest.

A friend of mine that works as a human resources explained to me that there are alot of people in  the world that looks qualified for the job but the thing is, looks  can be deceiving but not most of the time.
